Valuables are not normal items that you can see or use; they are obtainable from Acts, Quest and meeting certain conditions. They serve more as "Proof" or "Achievements" completion of said conditions. You will notice that, as soon as you have completed certain conditions, the NPC will tell you about it and you'll get a message on your screen, stating the item you have received or given. You will not keep all Valuables as some Acts, you will have to deliver to another NPC.
Valuables does not go to your Inventory, you can check what Valuables you obtained by opening "Item" → "Valuables".
