• Gains Expertise through use of Rapid, Arms Maker, Magic Bullet and Textbook (A Sniper's First Day).
• Gain 1 Class of Gun Knowledge by completing Correct Way to Use a Gun quest from Mr. Hakamada in Home III (not repeatable).
