Side Effects: Lowered MP cost for all skills, shorter incantation time for all skills.

Requirements to unlock: None
- Gains expertise through Class 2 or higher Destruction Magic spells or through Magic Bullet, Curse of the Wretched, and Demolition Dash.
- You can also gain an instant Class 1 Magic Control by completing the Nettesheim's Biblio quest from Saint Germain.
