Progression
Requirements to unlock: Complete the quest by Saint Germain in Shinjuku Babel (Albertus' Oratorio).<BR> Raising: You can raise Bless by using its associated chain expertise such as Enhancement and Curse of the Wretched or through the use of one-time-use items.
