Snakeman is the General Supervision of Home III, as well as the certification and training of new Demon Buster recruits. He offers initial Acts to his Demon Busters. He is easily recognized by his eye-patch and silver hair, he wields a serpent cane; Snakeman's Rod. His loyal demon companion is a Garm.
When the Player reaches Level 20, he will tell the protagonist that he met a man called STEVEN, who also gave him his first COMP. He then gives the player his COMP; S-COMP.
