Story

After receiving your DB License, Snakeman doesn't have any more work for you, he suggested you to go to Shinjuku Babel and talk to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed. He's in charge of supervising and organizing the Devil Busters. Shinjuku Babel looms over most of Tokyo's location due to it's very height, it is also the central command for Devil Busters.<br>

Upon arriving, Yamamoto the Steel-Willed has a favor for you to act as a messenger for the two churches who recently came to Shinjuku Babel for missionary work. Before they can start, they need access codes to be approved before conducting their work. The two churches are Messian Church from Shinagawa and Gaia Church from Ueno. How will they affect the Rebirth of Tokyo?<br>

And Setsu, Azura's brother, will be needing the Obelisk data from Shibuya and Ichigaya, similar work from Nakano. What does the Obelisk represent...? <br>

Objectives

  1. Talk with Yamamoto the Steel-Willed.
    1. Located in Shinjuku Babel [X20-21:Y16]. Talk to the Guard or click on the door to enter.
    2. You can use the Home Point option to teleport or manually go from Home IIISuginamiNakanoShinjuku BabelCentral Control Room. (Consort with the map to locate the Border Zones.)
  2. Talk with Messian. Located in Shinjuku Babel [X24:Y23].
    1. "Now, please tell me the Access Code!"
      1. "Tell her it's "LN5688"."
      2. "<span style="color:#151B8D">Tell her it's "LM5988".</span>"
      3. "Tell her it's "LH5899"."
    2. After giving her the code, she will explain about the Messian Church. Answering "Not interested" or answering the wrong question will not grant you <span style="color:#0000FF">Law</span> shift. See below for correct answers.<br> Note: This is only optional.
  3. Talk with Gaian Priest. Located in Shinjuku Babel [X24:Y21].
    1. "Now, what's the Access Code?"
      1. "<span style="color:#151B8D">Tell him it's "CG5991".</span>"
      2. "Tell him it's "QG5667"."
      3. "Tell him it's "CC5997"."
    2. After giving him the code, he will explain about the Gaia Church. Answering "Not interested" or answering the wrong question will not grant you <span style="color:#FF0000">Chaos</span> shift. See below for correct answers.<br> Note: This is only optional.
  4. Talk with Yamamoto the Steel-Willed.
  5. Talk with Innocent. Located in Shibuya [X21:Y20].
    1. "Is absolute order what is needed in this chaos that is Tokyo?"
      1. "Yes" - <span style="color:#0000FF">Law</span> shift.
      2. "No" - No shift.
    2. Obtained Obelisk Data 02.
  6. Report back to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed.
  7. Cut-scene.
    1. Do not leave the Central Control Room with a Traesto Stone. You will not able to trigger the second cut-scene after you leave the Control Room.
  8. Talk with Innocent. Located in Ichigaya [X21:Y19].
    1. "Do you wish to acquire a power so great that all would fall before it?"
      1. "Yes" - <span style="color:#FF0000">Chaos</span> shift.
      2. "No" - No shift.
    2. Obtained Obelisk Data 03.
  9. Report to Yamamoto the Steel-Willed.

Notes

  • While you are at Shinjuku Babel, take this time to visit Protopia. Talk to the "Innocent" located in Shinjuku Babel [X21:Y18]. Answering either reply still grants access.
    • You can restock up on items or repair your equipments. The repair cost and percent is better than of Home III, Shinjuku Babel and Yagiya Shops.
  • For temporary moment, the Obelisk possesses the Innocent asking you a question.
  • To save time, set your Home Point in Shinjuku Babel and bring along 2 Traesto Stone when you have to collect the Obelisk Data.
