All Tarot in the Dark Token require Level 60 or higher to equip.
All I Tarot in the Minor Arcana don't have a Level Requirement.
All II Tarot in the Minor Arcana require Level 5 or higher to equip.
All III Tarot in the Minor Arcana require Level 10 or higher to equip.
All IV Tarot in the Minor Arcana require Level 15 or higher to equip.
