Terminelle works at every major city standing next to the big Terminal machine. She will assists you in various options from storing items and demons to rental and clans. Players has the option to purchase tickets with CP from her to rent a limited time depository to rent extra storage space for item and demons and well as rent a motorcycle. In addition, Terminelle can set up a clan base if you purchase a Clan Permit. (See here about Clans.)
Alignment cities such as Protopia, Terminelle wears a green version of Conductor suit similar to Home III and Shinjuku Babel while Terminelle in Arcadia wears Messian Robe and Souhozan wears Gaian Robe.
