Is this necessary?

Can we get away with using the Item template for vouchers?

• Let's seperate out the concept of "sets of equipment" to it's own template.
• This moves the requirement of having the stats of multiple equipment to Template:EquipmentSet
• Voucher simply becomes an item that links to each item or Equipment Set it gives out
  • Nothing special is needed for vouchers - all of this can be done from the Item Template (eg under additional notes or maybe a new field we put in)
