In order to get the Plugin for Black Forst you need to do the following steps:
Go to Steven Run or start Stray Jack Frost Quest.
Use the EV-JF to open the run.
Collect a Black Envelope item from the Black Frost in the run.
Submit the Black Envelope to the Jack Frost in Home 3 to get the Plugin.--Puraido (talk) 01:31, 31 March 2014 (EDT)
