Objectives
- Speak to the Punk located in one of the narrow streets with pink light buildings.
- Head to the wall near Ikebukuro Station saying "池袋駅東口" and a message will pop out, once received the message report back to the punk.
- From your location, head up the highway to the east and proceed south following the path until you're on the ground again.
- Turn left then go north till the end of the path, and turn right to find a Warp Portal and a Punk, you will receive another message. Go back to the Punk requester and report again.
- From your location, head back to Ikebukuro Station and go south alongside it until you reach Meiji Street and receive another message.
- Report to the Punk requester.
