Objectives
- Talk with Saint Germain about "Skilled DB Course".
- Select "Release Maximum Expertise (2)" to start the quest.
- Collect 50 Book of Vice, 50 Ghost Orb and 50 Cracked Mirror
- Book of Vice is a reward from Distortion Floor.
- Ghost Orb is a reward from Suginami Tunnels (Gold).
- Cracked Mirror is a reward from Celu Tower (Gold).
- Report to Saint Germain.
