  1. Talk to DB Kano in Nakano and choose second option twice
  2. Get the Will O Wisp quest (first option)
  3. Kill 20 Will O Wisp and report back to DB Kano

Notes

  • To report back click the second option twice then the fourth option and lastly the first option (This is for JP server)
