  1. Talk to DB Kano in Nakano and choose second option twice
  2. Get the Mou Ryou quest (Third option)
  3. Kill 20 Mou Ryou and report back to DB Kano

Notes

  • To report back click the second option twice then click Report (fourth option) and lastly the third option (This is for JP server)
