Level 30, "Quest: The meaning of support" and "Quest: Beginning of vengeance" must be completed first.

Description

Following the previous quest where you handed the requested weapon to the Man Fleeing from the Past, he departs in order to face Gambler Kyoko. After not finding her, he reluctantly returns to Shinjuku Babel. Gambler Kyoko can be found now close to the Golden Ark Casino. There she asks you to deliver a letter back to the Man, once you report back to her they both part ways.

Walkthrough

1. Talk to the Man Fleeing from the Past (X18, Y17).
2. He will head to Shinjuku Field.
3. Go to where Gambler Kyoko usually is.
4. Find one of her clients instead, tasked with finding her.
5. There is now a female gambler in "Kakyo Castle" (X16, Y25).
6. After a cutscene, she tasks you with delivering a letter to the Man Fleeing from the Past.
7. Travel to Shinjuku and deliver the letter.
8. Return to the female gambler and claim your reward.
