Objectives

- Talk to her about Negotiation Quest.
- Accept her quest.
- Head to Suginami and negotiate a contract with Wanderer Nozuchi (X23,Y23) [7/8Moon]
- Summon Wanderer Nozuchi and report to Beginner's Girl Rika.

Note
- Make sure you have a space in your COMP
