Daily Missions are a relatively new addition that give large amounts of experience for clearing a boss room. It can be accessed by the big terminals in Shinjuku Babel and Home 3.
You can attempt one per day. The treasure chests that appear after clearing it always contain 1 DM Card.
They reset at 4:00 AM, GMT + 9 time. They can also be reset twice a day by using Hacked Chip-666.
Note: Sometimes the boss will be replaced by Lazy King Frost, who gives twice as much experience.
