Talk with Beginner's Girl Rika about work.
Talk to her about Fusion Quest.
Accept her quest.
- Head to Suginami and negotiate a contract with Wanderer Nozuchi and Inexperienced Cait Sith if they are not in your COMP.
Head to the Cathedral of the Shadows
Talk to the Master of Cathedral for Double Fusion.
Fuse Wanderer Nozuchi and Inexperienced Cait Sith to get Shikigami (100% Success Rate)
Summon Shikigami and report back to Beginner's Girl Rika.

Wanderer Nozuchi and Inexperienced Cait Sith are suggested fusion materials. You can use alternative fusion method to get Shikigami
If you happen to have Shikigami in your COMP, summon it and report back will do.
