Note : You must finish Extract the Aluminum! in Suginami Camp Ground , Believe in Home III , The Oppressed in Arcadia and Lord of the Flies in ???.

"Talk about work" with DB Asada.
Talk to DB Tanaka and take the shouldering debt quest.
Go to Souhonzan and talk to Gaian Priest Ningen and accept the quest. (Beastly Desire)
Go to Old Ichigaya Camp B108 and talk to the white hair young man and accept the quest. (Recipe of Passion)
Kill the assassins in the assassins room. Some of them drop an item called Passion Nectar.
Collect 10 of them.
Go back to talk to the white hair young man to get the Passion Stone.
Go back to Priest Ningen to give him the Passion Stone.
Go to DB Tanaka and get the TMG blueprint.
Turn in the TMG blueprint to DB Asada.
