Objectives
- Talk with Beginner's Girl Rika about work.
- Talk to her about Hunting Quest.
- Accept her quest. Machete (Ice) will be given.
- Head to Suginami and defeat 2 Inexperienced Orthrus (Sighted at 20'25, unconfirmed. might only spawn during a certain part of the day.)
- Report to Beginner's Girl Rika.
