- Talk with Masterly Dwarf; "About Compounding".
- Collect 10 Opals and report back. Collect 10 Rubies instead if you complete the Smith Crown.
- Raise Weapon Knowledge to Class 1 and report back.

- Report to Masterly Dwarf to receive 1 Class of Blades.
- Learn the skill "Blacksmith" and "Willow" from Swordsmith Chain Expertise.
- Collect 12 Bronze, 8 Iron, 8 Ceder, and 8 Whetstone.
- Compound a Machete.
- Obtained Practice Four-Leaf Clover.
- Report back to Masterly Dwarf.

- All of the materials for Machete can be collected from the white Plasma in Shibuya or purchased from other players.
- If you happen to have a Demon Friend Quest to compound a Machete and crafted during the quest, it will count toward the Demon Friend Quest completion. Use the Practice Four-Leaf Clover for 100% Success Rate.
