The man in charge of recruiting new Demon Busters. Also gives the quest for the episodes, and the virtual training battle. He is easily recognized by his eye-patch and silver hair, he wields a serpent cane, probably thats where the name came from. He has a trustworthy Garm next to him whom he's trained hard.
