Masterly Dwarf - Shinjuku Babel [X25:Y17]

==Walkthrough==
In order to get spiritual Mixing unlocked, you will need to talk to the Mastery Dwarf in Shinjuku Babel. He's now hiding further back in the street than he originally was. Select "Talk about Work" when you talk to him, he will give you a quest to find armor containing "Oricalchium."

This means you will need to find a Hihi-Orikane '''TOP'''. You can do this by repeating Junkerman's requests (Dwarf with 99 Needles) until you get it, or find it from another player. He doesn't take the armor once you show it to him, so it can be passed around.

If you go with the junkerman option, here are some pretty easy fusions in order to get a Dwarf with 99 Needles.

- Gyuki [Nakano] + Yakka [Ichigaya]

- Apsaras [Shinjuku Docks] + Deformed Troll [Suginami Tunnels Silver]

- Kikuri-Hime [Fusion or Suginami Camp Hack] + Black Ooze/Spector [Ueno]

Once you finish this quest, you'll be able to select a new option when talking to Mastery Dwarf.
