Requirements to unlock: Complete the quest received from the [[Masterly Dwarf]] in [[Shinjuku Babel]] ([[The Road to Smithing]]- Swordsmith Option).<BR>
Raising: You can raise Blades by using its associated [[chain expertise]], [[Swordsmith]].

Use Swordsmith. Note: it raises very slow, not recommended for those only wishing to fight. This skill can only be used for swordsmithing.
