Once you talk to him you will have the option of going on a commune for the [[Messiah]]s (LAW) or [[Gaian]]s (CHAOS). After you select the commune you would like to do you receive a pass that will allow you to enter the cathedral in the city you are working for.

If you chose to go to the Messiahs Commune, head to [[Arcadia]]. Once you arrive in Arcadia talk to the Knight Templar that is directly behind Knight Templar Hiragi, and he will let you into the cathedral. Speak with [[Lord Judah]] and he will give you a plate that you need to take to the [[Obelisk]] in [[Shibuya]].
